This day - September 24th 1794 - marks the first invasion of Pennsylvania by a Southern Army. Like the better-known events of 1863, this campaign was also led by a Virginian:
General "Lighthorse Harry" Lee, Revolutionary War Hero and father of future Confederate General Robert E. Lee
