It's a dude about to get slaughterized by back blast if the numbnut on the gun pulls the trigger.
Splinter camouflage looks Swedish. Is it a Volvo 3314 series vehicle with a 90mm recoilless rifle? It's not the 3304 type as that is not forward control (driver over front wheel).
