Eatern Europe hates our guts now that Thief in Chief was elected. They loved us under the Bush administration. Obama the college leftist still trapped in the 1980s decided to abandon Eastern Europe in favor of gaining favor with the ultra paranoid Russians. So now Eastern Europe - who we tried to liberate from the leftist communists for decades - could be nuked by the Iranians or the North Koreans and the sad thing is Thief in Chief won't even be able to convince the Russians to get rid of their nukes.
