Stuff and nonsense. It was black soldiers who first protected our national parks (Sequoia N.P., etc.) in the 19th century. Ignorance of American history is jeopardizing our freedom.
How about groups of people, who happen to reside in the inner city, they don't own cars, they use public transportation, can't seem to find the capability or desire to get eaten by mosquitoes!
