Looks a lot like the road from Florence toward Andice, heading out to Astro Range.
That IS NOT rural Texas! There is distinctly pavement showing down that road. Rural is when you have to leave the pavement to get to the unpaved roads. Or the DIRT off ramp from I-10 west of Ozona.
