It is intended for our legislators who do not bother to 'read' legislation before it's voted on and passed...sometimes even before it is written; for Democrats (C) in general; for those who have deeply imbibed the Obama Koolaid and cannot discern reality from magic unicorn land; and for the last few generations of public [read: government] education who have effectively not just been 'dumbed-down' but lobotomized by the process (thanks ever so much NEA), and anyone who is a big enough moron to get their "news" from the MSM.
