Pathetic. Brooker is an a***.
I very rarely watch C4, it has the odd good program, but can always be relied on to stoop lower than snake faeces on anything with a modicum of decency.
Thus I have no idea who this cretin of a chairman is, he jusy comes across as a verbal bully who laughs louder than anyone at his own "jokes".
Brand and Ross belong with him.

When I lived in Britain, only BBC 1 and BBC 2 were "supported" by the TV tax; ITV (with various regional stations) and Channel 4 were COMMERICAL channels, i.e., they were NOT funded by taxes; could have changed in the past 10 years I suppose.
Not available in UK?
Channel 4 is now partly funded by the taxpayer.
