"Liberals" are almost always the people who believe in hugging trees, saving whales, and no more war. At the same time, they don't seem very inclined to engage in actual thinking. It's so easy to be nice; so hard to be real. That's a "liberal." And now the price of nice: Power in this country goes to the faceless cyphers who produce the best ads. The name out front is a soup can, not a man. We are consumers, not citizens.

That's a crock.
Liberals think very well. They are opportunists and their tactical thinking and execution are very well done.
