Well, if nothing else, the sight if it will cause Feinstein and Kerry to wet their pants.
It looks like an M249 saw with a sound suppressor and a M203 grenade launcher.The grips and sling make it look like it's supposed to be wielded from the hip.My bet is that it's a movie prop.
Looks an absolutely delightful party favour!

It's a thought piece, part joke and part serious designed to use a visor or eyepiece on the Helmet optical sight, thus no need to raise to the should er to sight. The Chainsaw handles allow better control for firing from the hip
