Imagine as t-shirt, flag or even as a tattoo.
We thought the original one on the 912 March site was a bit 1930s. In fact pretty much everyone I showed it to had that reaction.
The second one I commissioned from John Cox of Cox & Forkum fame. I think its a tad less brown shirt and more fed-up American.

A bit 1930s?
I was thinking a bit more 1917, Moscow... and isn't it socialism that we're trying to AVOID?
The first looks like it was created by the Soviet propaganda ministery.
Yes, well that too.
Freedomworks the people mainly behind the event told us to take our new logo and stuff it. Which was nice...
I've got to agree with Mike the Marine. The red fists in the air? Very socialist to my eye.
I thought 9/12 was more of a Glen Beck thing. Be nice if all the people got together including employers, if employers rented buses etc, if the masses really made it a big event. Really wild numbers, let all the crooked politicians know people are really pissed.
Yeah, because John Cox is just some schlep, hack artist, right?
So much for constructive criticism...
Hey, 912, have fun storming the castle.
Would that be September or December? Hint: I am likely to be in DC in September!
