....there are rumours that this is fake. I don't think so. If fake it is a bloody good piece of photoshop, if real I wouldn't bet on the girl being alive right now.

A clever fake I would say.
If it were real the 'offending' hand would have been removed, together with all other limbs, and no doubt one by one.
