If I read it right, it took precisely 13 minutes after Theo posted the photo & question for someone on the planet to a) come to this blog, and b) read this post, and c) know the answer, and d) post the comment.
When you think about it, that is actually friggin' eye-popping.
trainer, I used to sky-dive there, many years ago, when "Parachutes Inc." was in business. They used to hire riggers from the Naval Air Station to work on weekends, to pack the parachutes!

I didn't know the answer, but I could tell from the picture that it had to be an airframe testing facility.
A quick images search finds Lakehurst from that...
