Absolutely bang on! I hear the same crap all the time! Enough uninformed US bashing from Canada. I'm glad to be neighbors with the big brother to the south, always have been.
Mostly the only Canadians I know have come across the bridge at Detroit to go to American doctors and hospitals or American colleges and universities.They don't seem to whine about Americans so much.
