With the safety requirements for the speeds reached by an F1 car this is not possible

The great Graham Hill used to practice the Le Mans start over and over until he got quite good at it. He was usually the first to get into his car and got the advantage of a clear track ahead at the start of the race. The Le Mans start is still used in some venues, but it has become rarer due to safety issues.

1969- "As Ickx was opposed to the traditional Le Mans start which he considered to be dangerous, he slowly walked across the track to his machine, instead of running. He locked the safety belt carefully and thus was the last to start the race, chasing the field."
He won the race; the following year, drivers started the race in their cars.
