Crank was a pretty good flick. You must check it out. This one doesn't look quite as good though, IMO. Maybe it'll prove me wrong.
I think this is a "rent" video. I think that I'll need a beer for this one. There's such a thing as too much suspension of disbelief.
Now, if my wife watches this, while I comment on the guns, she'll be commenting on the impossibility of the whole organ thing. She works for the Organ Transplant Org.
