I cannot read. There is a pictogram in the first section which tells me 'no liquor'. I have no idea what the other section means. I demand a second pictogram. I know my rights.
So is a prescribed area is one that has already been written in? I suppose graffiti counts.A proscribed area is one you shouldn't visit. Or might not want to visit if alcohol is forbidden.
