It is a real Embraer Super Tucano, but the pic has been retouched, adding the markings and maybe the payload. It's a sales picture for the Dominican Republic, who just ordered 8 of them this past January.
What? That thing is a 3D model. The whole thing is fake. It's just a photo in the background with a 3D model rendered over it- and the render sucks. The model's surfaces suck too. Who ever built that thing didn't even bother to built custom specular maps for any of the materials on that geometry because everything has the same specular index. There's no color temperature on the surface, I could go on and on.
I have no doubt the plane represented here does exist in reality, but the plane in that 'photo' is completely faked- even the pilots are fake.
