Well, maybe not. You're right, it's a pretty brutal thing to watch. But FOX reported last night this kid attends a school for troubled/mentally unstable kids, so this is not unexpected. He'll now be removed from that school and put into some sort of Juvi-detention system because of his instability.
The driver is bruised and sore, but will recover... a sad story all around.
No, they need some serious death!
I'm all in favor of public flogging and/or the bastinado in cases like this. I don't give a rat's patoot about his 'problems'. Give something to remember every time he acts like this and his behavior will change.
