The Russki doesn't really understand North American cultural lines, and the Alaska bit is just wishful thinking. Alaska will go to Canada as it has so much in common with British Columbia and the Yukon.
Better add Arizona and Southern California to the Texas Republic. Add Georgia to Atlantic America. Move Tennessee to Texas Repblic. Kentucky should be included with Central North American Repub. Maine will sue to become part of Atlantic Canada outright.
