The photo is of "U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Tyler Carroll fires an AT-4 during live-fire training, Jan. 18, 2008, at the Udairi Range Complex in Kuwait. Marines with Company C, Battalion Landing Team 1st Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment, 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit, Camp Pendleton, Calif., are training as part of their current deployment to the Pacific and Arabian Gulf." according to wikipedia. As one can see links as well as cartridge cases, perhaps the chap with the AT4 is standing next to another blasting away with an automatic weapon.

What, you never saw a 7.62mm NATO antitank launcher before?
It's Obama's new program; he doesn't want to actually HURT anybody after all...
That many cases and links, somebody threw a double-handful up for some reason. Maybe trying to distract during training?
That salad was hand tossed. Look carefully and you can see one live 7.62 round floating up there in front.
Yeah! That's how WE ROLL!
