TAX the RICH says ObaMeinfuhrer, and it sounds pretty good to a lot of folks. So GOOD they don't hear the sotto voice saying "and THAT means YOU!"
- After unprecedented 'spending' there is absolutely NO WAY this will not be accompanied by unprecedented 'taxation.'


Let's consider Obama's 'Mortgage Rescue Plan' in the TAX context:
- to 'save' a few percent of people whose residential ambitions were bigger than their wallets it's "only fair" and "for the common good" to TAX the PRUDENT to subsidize the IMPRUDENT, right?

This latest 'plan' translates to: (a) if you RENT- PAY someone else's mortgage; (b) if you're paying your mortgage- PAY someone else's mortgage; (c) if you don't have a mortgage anymore (because you paid it off)- PAY someone else's mortgage. Call this PLAN A.

THIS IS A HUGE TRANSFER OF WEALTH! You could also consider it a 'stealth' tax. Stand by! More TAXES like this are on the way!

I am convinced that Obama & Co. are bigger crooks than Al Capone ever was! Chicago has done us proud once again!

Take away:
- legal contracts, personal accountability, and private property don't matter any more.
- there is no penalty for borrowing more than you can afford to pay back, in fact it is rewarded.
- It is good to have a PLAN B.

I'm working on MY 'Plan B' right now, as are many others I suspect.
