It looks like a very well made, painted and weathered plastic model that has been photographed and then photoshopped onto the background to me. Since the aircraft is banked shouldn't the ailerons be up on port wing and down on starbord? And the absence of heat haze from the jetpipe is another puzzler.

The ailerons would only be displaced from center while the aircraft is rolling into or out of the bank.
Once it's banked, they'd be at or close to neutral.
The lack of exhaust, on the other hand, says Saab J29 model.

It's a gate guardian I think, with the stand chopped off. Then photoshopped onto the background.
