Kind of destroys the whole idea of a semi-automatic pistol's mission statement.
Not concealable. Special magazine that needs a special loader. Spare mags, since they'd take forever to reload, are bigger than the firearm and don't look like they'd fit in pouches or pockets well.

If you think you need a drum on your pistol, you don't need a pistol.
Possibly a more pointless design than the seriously stupid GLOCK 18.
