Looks like a Walker Bulldog which was a pair of BOFORS 40mm AA guns mounted on a tank chassis
Robert the Biker's right it's anM-42 Duster - twin 40mm automatic Bofors on an M41 hull. Excellent againt infantry in Vietnam.

M42 Duster. Agreed. Still ponder if a platform like that would be good for urban fighting such as Fallujah.
Its for sale if you want it. Good condition, just a bit of water in the carb.
