They only made three or so prototypes, it never went into production.Lifting 55,000lbs is nothing to sneeze at, though.The one pictured is in the RuAF collection at Monino, north of Moscow.Enormous collection of all sorts of famous and weird flying hardware.
It's a restaurant in Missouri, would be my guess.
That's the Euro counterpart to the Osprey, which they expect to have in service no later than 2070...
