Avro Canada CF-105 Arrow. Interestingly the furore in Canada over the scrapping of this plane was not dissimilar to that surrounding the TSR2 in the UK.
The BEST aircraft ever built! It went from paper to plane (no prototype was produced..a first-time accomplishment). These a/c didn't have the Iroquois engine which was to be installed on the next frame.
