The Goliath tracked mine was an unmanned German-engineered demolition vehicle.
Employed by the Wehrmacht during World War II, this caterpillar-tracked vehicle was approximately four feet long, two wide, and one tall.
It carried 75–100 kg (165–220 lb) of high explosives and was intended to be used for multiple purposes, such as destroying tanks, disrupting dense infantry formations, and demolition of buildings.
The Germans had a contraption like this. It was laden with explosives and they would run them under enemy tanks by remote control and detonate them. Could that be what these things are?

Goliath. A German remote controlled bomb designed to crawl up to allied lines and detonate taking out bunkers, wire etc.
The GI in the right hand picture is goofing-off. The hatch in the top would be filled with amatol.

Wrong, wrong, wrong!
These are "convenience carts" used by the US military to assist soldiers in navigating the long shelf-lines of the local logistics shops.
