Yes. Without a doubt. And I suspect they will. The French have been angling for more of the work, and I believe have paid for that privilege. But it has not yet been disclosed what extra work they will be getting.
3 nuclear carriers would make the most sense - reducing the unit cost for a single powerplant, reducing the fuel needed to operate a carrier group and being capable of much higher speeds.
What might also make more sense is for 3 conventional carriers, again to reduce the unit costs. But the use of the ski-jump is apparently to allow for operations in colder climates than steam catapults can cope with.(Too cold and they freeze up.)
