ZSU-23/4 "Shilka" SPAAG: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ZSU-23-4
Cheers
It's a ZSU 23-4 AAA vehicle. Primarily anti-aircraft, the 4 x 23mm cannons are also used to defend against ground attack. Very nasty, has it's own electro-optical and radar targeting system.
Judging by the condition, it might have been reconditioned elsewhere before being put on display.
The J-Band "Gun Dish" radar system on that thing was worth worrying about for ground attack aircraft. At least it was back in the '80's.
Thanks guys. I knew I could count you guys.
A Hum-Vee with all the options.
It's a new milk float pre Glasgow east elections.
I just want to go on the record here as saying I identified it as a ZSU-23-4 BEFORE I opened and checked the comments. ZSU-23-4 actually pertains to the armament: 4X23mm AA cannons; the chassis is GM 575 tracked vehicle with components from the PT-76 amphibious tank.
Texas RV. Used for urban varmet (squirle? sic) hunting.

How can you not know what that is? 4 barrels...6 dustbin lid wheels, gap between 1st & 2nd, no return rollers...its a BRDM2-RKH.
That, folks, is what Texans call "target practice."
No joke. A guy who worked at a company that overhauls Bradley fighting vehicles told me that they were always getting complaints that vehicles were getting back to the Army with missing antennas and the like. Turned out people were shooting at them as the train rolled by. Probably thinking "Can't do no harm."
People will also shoot at trains in urban areas. But that's mostly 9mm, so they rarely do any harm. The deer rifles in rural areas cause the damage.
