Editors note: Theo is taking a break.

From tomorrow night I will be taking a three week break to concentrate on work and the harvest. I will try and post at the weekends but during the week my computers will be switched off. (Well thats the theory). Normal service will resume on the weekend of Aug 16th. I will be going through the 400 e-mails in my inbox tomorrow and will post as much of it as I can.

Godspeed with the harvest, Theo! Careful with the equipment...having spent my share of time on tractors, I know it's important to come back to the keyboard with all your pieces! -max bouvier

I hope your harvest to be rich and plentiful--especially the BARLEY!

Anon was right-be careful ! Meanwhile, be productive. From what I can see, you and about fifty others are the last ones doing productive work in England. Millions depend on you ! (Second sentence does not apply to HM's armed forces.)

Best of luck with the harvest Theo.

I hope the weather's as good for you in Norfolk as it is up here in the Lake District today.

This could tip many of us over. Not to lay any guilt on you but I predict widespread depression. And think of the poor Daily Chassis girls homeless and without a job now. Someone should offer to take them in.

Best of luck with the harvest. With you not blogging during the week, my productivity might increase as well!

No offense, sir, but I bet you can't do it.

I give you three days, max.

You're an addict. Just give in and feed your need... and ours too.

I will miss your postings while you're away... that's who it is with us browser addicts too.

In the meantime, do remember to keep your body parts away from the grabby, chompy machine bits.
