I believe its the battleship Massachusetts, Fall River, Ma.
The bridge in the background is I-195, the Braga Bridge. I understand that it was entirely designed and built by the Massachusetts Department of Public Works, unlike current "Boston Big Dig" type projects where untold taxpayer dollars are pissed away to all knowing contruction management firms, design consultants, and the like with no consideration of the public weal.
My son and I visited "Big Mamie" this past April. We met a man who was in her crew. He was assigned to her a few months before she was commissioned, was aboard for the duration, and stayed on for her decommissioning.
She was the first American battlewagon to fire 16 inch guns in anger, at the Battle of Casablanca. She still has battle damage from the engagement near her bell. She was also the last American ship to fire them at the end of the war.
It is the Massachusetts at Battleship Cove in Fall River, MA. Even more interesting is what are the other ships to be found there? http://www.battleshipcove.org/exhibits.htm

USS Massachusetts. I recognize the silhouette of both the ship and the bridge on Fall River.
Is it the USS Alabama? Which I think is in Mobile, Alabama.
USS Massachusetts BB59 at Quincy, Mass. http://www.battleshipcove.com/
