News.....

Fuel strike: One in four forecourts running dry. How many people will bunk of work with the following: Sorry boss cannot make it to work today 'cos I haven't got any petrol!!!

Iran softens nuclear programme stance. No they are not. They are playing for time. They have done this before.

Offenders must get 'badges of shame'. Not quite a chain gang but a start.

Afghanistan threatens 'self defence' raids into Pakistan. The only way we can destroy the Taleban is to hitthem 'at home' and i that means hitting Pakistan so be it. Pakistan has had 7 years to do something and they haven't.

Golf club introduces buggies with sat-nav for players lacking direction. Doesn't say a lot for the intelligence of the population of Solihull!

Britain leads call for Zimbabwe sanctions to punish Mugabe for stealing election. Sanctions wont work. Only military force will do.

Iran and North Korea may have bought nuclear missile blueprints. I wouldn't bet against Iran already having 1 nuke. Trouble is one is no good because they will have to detonate it to prove they have one that works and then 'they have none' and become a really big target. When they get two or three we have a problem.

First Zimbabwe's townships, now suburbia must learn to fear the mob. My God. Zanu PF are starting to act like the Democrats!!
