Is not the red line in front of both ranks of benches intended to keep MPs at greater than sword's length separation? They' not supposed to go past the line in front of their respective benches. Prevents them from exchanging potentially lethal blows on the floor.

How can our two countries be so infested with dickheads? It boggles the mind.
There were 16 MPs in the House of Commons for this debate. That is the number of people knifed to death in London so far this year.
AWhy don't they just ban ALL KNIVES...including the kitchen variety...since those are the ones that are used to kill the most people.
Or....allow people to defend themselves. AND Lock up the scum and throw away the key.
